Artist & Provenance
Eric Elfvén (1908–1988) was a Swedish painter known for atmospheric landscapes and expressive depictions of rural Scandinavian settings. He exhibited in regional Swedish exhibitions during the mid‑20th century, gaining recognition for his sensitive use of colour and light. His works are represented in several Swedish municipal collections and continue to appear on the Scandinavian art market.
