Return Policy
We offer a 14‑day return window. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Please note buyers are responsible for covering return postage costs.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received—unworn or unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Return Postage
We gladly accept returns; however, buyers are responsible for covering return postage costs. Items must be returned in their original condition. If an item is returned damaged or not in its original condition, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the item to the seller.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the incorrect item. We will review the issue promptly and work to resolve it.
Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items

Please note that sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without providing justification. As with all returns, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
