A very unusual pair of brass candle plates/sconces, featuring intricate decorative details including a man’s face in profile on each plate and a shell motif at the top. A fine example of late 19th to early 20th-century craftsmanship, combining both artistic and functional qualities.

The sconces are designed to hold regular candles and retain a beautiful aged patina. They are in used vintage condition,
